💚 OBRA Waiver For adults 18–59 with severe physical disabilities who would otherwise need nursing-home care.
💚 ACT 150 Program State-funded care for adults with physical disabilities who don’t qualify for Medicaid.
💚 Private Pay & Long-Term Care Insurance Flexible hourly and live-in care for families paying out-of-pocket or using long-term care insurance benefits.
